Installation Overview
Prerequisites
Before installing the SIVI Verzuim Connector, ensure the following are in place:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (version 28.0 or later)
- Dynamics Dossier by Q-Team Solutions B.V. (version 26.0 or later) is already installed
- You have System Administrator or Extension Manager permissions in Business Central
- You have received the following information from your occupational health service:
- API endpoint URL
- Employer identification number at the occupational health service
- Data exchange connection number
- Authentication credentials (API key or bearer token)
- The payroll tax number (loonheffingnummer) of your organisation is available
Installing from AppSource
- In Business Central, open Extension Management.
- Choose Marketplace to open Microsoft AppSource.
- Search for SIVI Verzuim Connector by Q-Team Solutions B.V.
- Choose Get it now and follow the installation wizard.
- After installation, the extension appears in the Installed Extensions list.
Installing from a File
If you received an .app file directly from Q-Team Solutions:
- In Business Central, open Extension Management.
- Choose Upload Extension.
- Select the
.appfile and choose Deploy. - Wait for the deployment to complete. The status changes to Installed.
After Installation
Once installed, proceed to Configuration to set up the API connection and employer details before sending any data to your occupational health service.
Uninstalling
To remove the SIVI Verzuim Connector:
- Open Extension Management.
- Find SIVI Verzuim Connector in the list.
- Choose Uninstall.
Uninstalling the extension removes the setup and log data. Export it first if you need to retain historical records.
