Automatic Signature Position
When opening a generated .eml file in New Outlook (Outlook for Microsoft 365), Outlook inserts the automatic new messages signature after the first line of the email body instead of at the bottom.
This is a known behaviour of New Outlook when opening unsent messages and cannot be changed through email formatting.
Workaround: Disable the automatic signature for new messages in New Outlook and add the signature text directly to the email template in Business Central instead.
In a future version of Edit in Outlook, direct integration via Microsoft Graph API will be available. This integration does not have this limitation.
