Self-service portal on Microsoft Power Pages

Resident Portal

Resident Portal is a self-service web portal that gives tenants secure, always-on access to their rental dossiers, contracts and activity history, plus a digital channel for submitting service requests to their landlord.

What Resident Portal does

Secure sign-in

Organizational or external account through the identity provider configured for the site.

All rental dossiers in one overview

Active and historical dossiers as cards showing number, status, address, rental term and contact person.

Full activity history per dossier

Documents, appointments, tasks and service requests in one chronological list, most recent first.

Document preview and download

Rental contracts and attachments open in the portal, or in a new tab when the format cannot be rendered.

Digital service requests

Tenants report a repair or ask a question from the dossier, and the request is routed straight to the landlord's team.

Works on any device

Fully responsive interface for desktop and mobile.

How it works

1

The tenant signs in

Sign-in runs through the configured external identity provider. The portal never collects or stores a password.

2

They see only their own dossiers

Every request is scoped to the signed-in tenant's own contact record, so a tenant can never see another tenant's dossier.

3

They act straight from the dossier

Preview or download the rental contract and attachments, and submit a service request that lands directly in the landlord's process.
